By accessing or using the Evolvtech Portal website or the Evolvtech Portal iOS app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of Service

You must comply with applicable laws, maintain account security, and avoid misuse of the platform. The iOS app is a companion client for the same organization workspace available on the web.

Accounts and Organizations

Admins manage organization membership and permissions. You are responsible for actions performed under your account, including actions taken from the iOS app.

Mobile Access

Access to the iOS app requires a valid organization account. Some administrative workflows remain web-only. Push notifications are optional and can be disabled in the app or system settings.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Evolvtech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
