This policy describes how Evolvtech collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Evolvtech Portal website and the Evolvtech Portal iOS app.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, organization membership, role, and profile fields you provide.
- Work content you create or upload in the portal, including support tickets, comments, project documents, deliverables, and billing-related records needed to operate the service.
- Session and device metadata for the iOS app, including platform (`ios`), app version, and an optional device name when available. These values help you recognize active sessions and manage signed-in devices.
- Push notification tokens when you enable notifications on a device, so we can deliver ticket, project, and billing alerts.
- Usage and security signals such as sign-in activity, failed login attempts, and basic operational logs used to protect accounts and improve reliability.
Camera and Photo Library
The iOS app may request camera or photo library access only when you choose to attach a photo or file to a ticket or project. Attachments are uploaded to your organization's portal workspace. The app does not access the camera or photo library in the background.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the portal and iOS app, authenticate users, deliver notifications you enable, provide customer support, improve features, and maintain security and compliance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that help us host the portal, send email, process payments, or deliver push notifications, solely to provide the service.
Retention
Account and organization data are retained while your organization uses the service. You can revoke an iOS session or disable push notifications from the app. Organization administrators can manage users according to their access rights.
